-Please take care of the furnishing & respect our community -No parties or events -Please remove shoes upon entering. This is a very common practice in Hawaii. -Please do not track in an excessive amount of sand into the condo. Remove as much sand as possible prior to entering. -We know protection from the sun is very important when visiting Hawaii. But please do not spray sunscreen in the home or on the patio. The overspray will often stain the furnishings and damage the art work. We do provide reef safe liquid sunscreen if needed. -There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 for excessive sand and sunscreen remnants found in the condo. -No smoking of any kind throughout the property. -No pets are allowed in this property. -Max occupancy is 4 people. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed on your reservation. This limitation applies regardless of whether such persons are staying the night or just visiting. -Guest under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. -NOISE: Property is located in a residential area. Please respect quiet times from 9 PM -8 AM -CHECK-IN: Check in time starts at 4:00 PM HST -PARKING: 1 assigned parking stall is available -POOL: There is community pool and spa on property that also has gas BBQ grills. In order to access the pool you will need the pool key. 1 pool key is provided and will be hanging at the entrance. If pool key is lost there will be a $50 replacement fee. -WIFI: Network- KonaOhana Hale Guest Password- Mahalo2101 - We are on a septic system. Please do not throw any food down the drains. All food scraps should go into the trash. -CHECKOUT: Check out time is anytime before 11:00 AM HST the day of checkout. Before you leave please take out the trash to the dumpster located in the parking lot. Recylables can be left in the blue trash can on the patio. Leave any used towels in a pile on the floor. Wash dirty dishes or start the dishwasher. Return all keys to key holder at the front door. Turn off all lights and AC units. Be sure all windows and doors are closed. -Violation of any of the above that results in additional costs will be billed to guests or cancellation of reservation. Including but not limited to: noise complaint fines, exceeding the max occupancy, failure to return pool key and key fob before checkout, excessive cleaning services, repair costs for damaged items or missing items, and failure to checkout by checkout time (11:00 AM HST). Please be respectful of our home and all our furnishings and decor, this place is very special to us and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

-Condo is on the 1st floor but there are stairs to get to the unit. Elevators are not available -AIR CONDITIONING: A window AC is available in the bedroom and living room as well as a standing fan. -PARKING: There is 1 assigned parking for a vehicle. -There are 2 smart TVs in the property but no cable. Please bring your own streaming services. -We are a registered short term vacation rental with the County of Hawaii.
